Service Eco-Techno: mind-boggling numbers.

One of Eco-Techno’s strengths is its after-sales service. The large installed base enforces a very high level of service as well as maximum speed of output. Last year, Eco-Techno’s mobile fleet (mobile workshops equipped for all kinds of operations) traveled 102,800 km in the country and about 23,000 km on European roads. Intervention statistics for 2015 were recently analyzed, and what emerges is certainly a comforting picture. The annual total counted 424 interventions excluding new plant starts. It should be immediately considered that compared to the total, almost 70% are related to scheduled periodic maintenance. What is impressive is the figure regarding the year of production of the systems for which extraordinary assistance was requested: 25.5 percent involved systems installed between 1990 and 1999 (i.e., evaporators between 17 and 26 years old); 52.3 percent of the interventions, on the other hand, were on systems between 2000 and 2005 (i.e., more than 10 years old), while only 22 percent of the releases involved equipment from 2006 to the present (it should be noted that more than half are systems made between 2006 and 2009). This data shows how many Eco-Techno evaporators installed in the 1990s are still working, and even more comfortingly, the defectiveness of systems installed in the past 10 years is less than 2 percent. Last but not least, thanks to the teleservice service that connects the devices via the web to Eco-Techno headquarters, as many as 48 interventions were carried out by connecting remotely, avoiding an exit.
