Principle of operation

Vacuum evaporators powered by external heat sources (water, steam or diathermic oil) used to provide the energy needed to evaporate water.

ECO DPM

Multi-effect modular thermal vacuum evaporator. Horizontally developed evaporation body with high-efficiency removable exchangers. Special evaporative condenser in closed circuit.
Flow rates from 4.000 to 30.000 lt/day.

ECO DPM SE

Single or multiple effect thermal vacuum evaporator. Evaporation body with vertical development, with external exchanger with high passage speed (forced circulation). Special evaporative condenser in closed circuit.
Flow rates from 10.000 to 250.000 lt/day.

ECO VR WW

Thermal vacuum evaporator for obtaining semi-solid concentrates. Vertical evaporation boiler, with jacketed exchanger and internal scraper. Special evaporative condenser in closed circuit.
Flow rates from 1.000 to 20.000 lt/day.

ECO DRY WW

Thermal vacuum evaporator for obtaining solid or semi-solid concentrates. Horizontal development evaporation boiler with jacketed exchanger. Openable front door for inspection and extraction of concentrate. Possible in versions with or without internal screw.
Flow rates from 200 to 3.000 liters/day.
